SAFETY IN NATURE
There are a lot of supplements out there. And most of them contain nutrients that are not easily absorbed (or even recognised) by the body. Our bodies struggle to make use of these foreign nutrients, and their effectiveness is essentially wasted. With this in mind, many vitamin companies supply high doses of these poorly absorbed nutrients in the hope that a few of the active nutrients will be retained. Wild lichen is harvested sustainably, without damaging the local fauna, in a clean mountainous region.
Washed
Lichen is washed clean, without using chemicals.
Extracted
The lichen is soaked and the vitamin D oil is extracted naturally, using only pressure.
Micro-Encapsulation
The vitamin D is then small batch, micro-encapsulated using tapioca extract.

Icelandic Magnesium
Sourced
Seawater is sourced from the pristine coast of Iceland.
Precipitated
Magnesium is naturally precipitated from the water using an alkali.
Filtrated
The magnesium is filtrated to separate the powder and then washed with filtered water.
Dried
Finally, the magnesium powder is dried and ready for encapsulation.

Turmeric roots are grown without pesticides or herbicides and harvested at their peak.

The raw ingredients are then washed without chemicals.
